Born and raised in Glenwood Springs, CO, I grew up in a small town with strong family values.  I always yearned to live in a bigger city when I grew up, and have found a home in Denver.  Needless to say, I haven't grown up, nor do I think I ever will, but have continued to bring forth my small town character and charm into the hustle and bustle of the big city.  In July of 2010, I received my MBA though the University of Colorado Denver.  I am both happy and sad for my "educational year-off" to be over but am excited to apply all of the new strategies and key findings that I have learned throughout my accelerated course loads to all new and exciting ventures that cross paths with.

UPDATE: It's been over year since I've updated this and am so extremely happy to announce that I have found a position working in communications and social media for a global engineering firm in Colorado(@mwhglobal).  I'm now a part of an organization that I am passionate working for and feel fulfilled each and every day.  

In my free time, if there ever is any, I enjoy reading all about the exciting arena of social media.  I'm really interested in personal branding.  I've been pretty active in Denver trying new and exciting places to eat, shopping at new boutiques and finding new neighborhoods. I've recently completed some interesting classes to "domesticate" me a bit more: acting classes, photography classes, and yes, sewing classes(got to get those creative juices flowing).  I love to learn, and will never stop.
